There is a new interview with Paul at FiringSquad about the new PSP game. Here is something which a lot of people here are probably wondering about:
FiringSquad: Will we see SWAT appear on the PC game or perhaps on the next-gen consoles (Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii)
Paul Pawlicki : While there is nothing in development at the moment, SWAT has its roots on the PC and we would like nothing more than create new, high quality games for the loyal PC fans that have been so instrumental in keeping the SWAT franchise alive. I believe that SWAT could easily make the leap from PC to next-gen consoles and provide a fun, tactical shooter experience unlike any other game out there.
If you don't have a laptop with SWAT 4(:TSS) with you when you are on the move, why not get SWAT: Target Liberty for the PSP this fall.
Vivendi Games annouced today that they will bring us the first Playstation Portable game in the SWAT-franchise, SWAT Target Liberty. It is a tactical shooter, but than from a top-down perspective. The SWAT team mates will get more experience and will get more skills as the game progresses.

IGN has reviewed the SWAT 4: The Stetchkov Syndicate expansion and gives it a 8.5. If you have not made up your mind if you were going to buy the expansion, the review has 2 pages covering the expansion.
You can read the review here.
Gamespot has reviewed the expansion and gave it a 8.2.
Last year, SWAT 4 quietly established itself as the preeminent tactical shooter on the PC. It was a beautifully executed game that effectively captured the tense and stressful job of being an elite police officer. The newly released Stetchkov Syndicate expansion pack builds off of that solid foundation, offering more difficult scenarios, thanks to more aggressive and unpredictable artificial intelligence. You'll also find the expected array of additional weapons, a new multiplayer mode, and cooperative play for up to 10 players this time.
You can read the full review here.
There is a new expansion launch and multiplayer trailer out. You can get it from the VUG FTP in different formats:
Launch Trailer: ftp://content.vugames.com/wk030206/swat4x/Launch%20Trailer
Multiplayer Trailer: ftp://content.vugames.com/wk030206/swat4x/Multiplayer%20Trailer
(With the voice of Calvin Wong, QA Project Lead explaining some of the new stuff in the expansion such as 10 player coop, the new Smash and Grab mode, new levels and the new weapons etc.)
Enjoy!
